A smooth planning process presupposes that the essential basics are known and the key business decisions have been made.
Conventional planning begins with performance phase 1 in accordance with the fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI). This explores technical planning parameters.
It is not suitable for generating or verifying fundamental entrepreneurial decisions.

An investment and construction project is an exceptional situation for the company. Processes and structures are different than usual.
